Greg Barnard is the Senior Director of Content Acquisition at VIZIO, leading acquisition strategies for VIZIO’s ad-supported WatchFree+ streaming service. Since joining VIZIO, he has initiated, analyzed and negotiated both syndication and exclusive content deals across content partners. A seasoned executive in media and entertainment, Greg has also held content acquisition and corporate development roles at Roku and ION Media as well as finance roles at Showtime, Simon & Schuster, and CIT Group. An active industry contributor, Greg is a founding Board Member for HRTS Associates NYC, is on the Board of Advisors for BWG Strategy, a mentor for the T. Howard Foundation and Ghetto Film School and frequent speaker at industry conferences and universities. Greg received a B.A. in Economics from NYU and currently lives in New York with his wife and two children.
